Teen HIIT and Strength class at The Center provides age appropriate small group training to improve performance in any sport or activity through high intensity exercise, along with focused strength training. Designed for youth 11-to 17-years of age, whether the goal is to improve body composition (weight/fat loss, toning and muscle gain) or to advance athletic achievements, this class has something for everyone and is suitable for all skill and experience levels.

The Fitness Center is open when The Center is open!
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the Fitness Center. Children 10-15 may be in the Fitness area as long as they are exercising under direct adult supervision. Those 16 and up may use Fitness Center if they are Center members or have a Center Pass
