Grind out your workout at The Center to start your day off right. Spend only 30-minutes making the most of every second to jump start your morning and metabolism through strength training, aerobic conditioning, HiiT training and more. Mix and match the two class times as your schedule allows.

Fitness and Recovery class at The Center provides small group training to improve overall fitness and health, through cardio, strength, balance, mobility and recovery exercises. Whether the goal is to improve body composition (weight/fat loss, toning and muscle gain), increased strength, or greater functional fitness this class has something for everyone and is suitable for all skill and experience levels.

Youth Fitness class at The Center provides age appropriate small group training to improve performance in any sport, activity or daily life through stretching and flexibility training, strength and conditioning work with body weight and light weights, along with a focus on the mind-body connection. Whether the goal is to improve body composition (weight/fat loss, toning and muscle gain) or to advance athletic achievements, this class has something for everyone and is suitable for all skill and experience levels. Designed for youth eight-to 17-years of age (third through 12th grade), of all skill levels with individual focus, partner training, and team workouts.

The Fitness Center is open when The Center is open!
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed in the Fitness Center. Children 10-15 may be in the Fitness area as long as they are exercising under direct adult supervision. Those 16 and up may use Fitness Center if they are Center members or have a Center Pass
