Enjoy a deep stretch yoga flow experience with the arranged sequence focused on relieving stress and tension from the body and tight muscles. Targeted muscle groups include hamstrings, hip, spine, low back, neck and shoulders. While practicing mindful movement, body alignment and breath, participants will be able to relax into a deeper place of stillness.

Weight training class designed to increase muscle strength and endurance fused with lots of stretching and specific exercises promoting strong abs and a healthy back.

iRestore is the feel good active recovery workout that combines muscle care strategies (aka foam rolling & ball therapy) with holistic stretching to minimize muscle soreness, relieve joint stiffness and improve flexibility. Formally known as rollassage.

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a technique that helps people maximize the effectiveness of stretching without causing the sort of discomfort that keeps a lot of us away from it, by performing a stretch for no longer than 2-3 seconds using a rope to help assist in the stretch. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting in trauma.

A class that focuses on fat burning cardio coupled with muscle sculpting work for the abs, arms and legs. A great workout that works the entire body. Are you ready for the challenge?

Reboot 60 is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to revitalize your mind and body in just 60 minutes. Perfect for the busy professional, this lunchtime class will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day. See you at Reboot 60!

The strongest abs and back, long lean muscles, excellent grace of movement, and control and concentration, this class will build core strength and flexibility. The technique is one of the most effective and challenging forms of exercise. Consistent training in the Pilates method will make you better at everything you do.

Spend only 30-minutes making the most of every second through strength training, aerobic conditioning, HIIT training and more. Mix, and match the weekly class times as your schedule allows.

A class that has you doing CARDIO that will be instructors choice including step, kickboxing, or anything else the instructor is in the mood for. This class will will incorporate CORE strength and gets the heart rate going along with building a solid foundations while you work on the core muscles in your hips, abdomen, and lower back to help maintain Balance and Stability by doing exercises using your own body weight, small hand weights, and whatever other fun toys the instructor would like to use.

Yoga grounded in traditional Vinyasa flow, increasing flexibility, strength, balance, and focus. Geared toward improving ability, this class is perfect for the yoga student who is interested in progressing their practice with each class. Not just following along, but guided to new ability.

Cycle is one of the best ways to create a high-level interval workout, without any hard impact on the body. Your instructor will be taking you up “hills” using resistance, showing safe, effective ways to maximize your movements and workout. (Must be 3 people signed up to have class)

The benefits of this ancient Chinese art include improvement in mental clarity, balance, footwork and stepping. Tai Chi is a gentle healing practice, an excellent way to open up the joints and stretch the tendons. Suitable for all ages and levels.

As the name implies, an hour of focus on those areas that are so visually important to us, the abdominal muscles, the gluteal muscles, and the hips using dumbells, resistance tubing, resist-a-balls, and/or anything else that the instructor chooses to use from our little “toy box.”

This class covers a variety of exercises designed to improve balance, muscular strength, increase flexibility, improve your joint stability, and increase your range of motion. This class will be split with 20 mins. of balance work, 20 mins. or Core Exercises, and 20 mins. of stretching.

Exercise and movement is such an important part of living with Parkinson’s Disease and other neuromuscular conditions. This specialized adaptive yoga class benefits this specialized community worldwide. Now try it at The Center of Anna Maria Island with certified adaptive yoga instructors in a class open to the Manatee County area.

Cycling has shown significant benefits for people with Parkinson’s depending on the pace and intensity, cycling has shown to:
- Improve overall motor function
- Reduce tremor
- Improve Aerobic Capacity
- Improve Mood and much more
Along with Cycling in this class, participants will also be doing strength training and working on flexibility.
