Dina Franklin is a true native of Anna Maria Island. She and her sister, Dawn, come from generations of family who have lived and worked on the island, and she considers herself blessed to continue both traditions within this wonderful community. Dina attended Anna Maria Elementary, King Middle School, and graduated from Manatee High School. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and embraces the relaxed lifestyle of “island time.”
She has one son, Tyler, who has been involved with The Center since he was five years old and is now an employee there while finishing his studies in Graphic Design. Their family also includes two beloved pets — a dog named Bo and a cat named Lucy.
Dina has pursued several careers, including real estate, but she is perhaps most recognized for her work at the preschool, which is now located at The Center. She is excited to join The Center’s staff and looks forward to meeting everyone.
