Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a technique that helps people maximize the effectiveness of stretching without causing the sort of discomfort that keeps a lot of us away from it, by performing a stretch for no longer than 2-3 seconds using a rope to help assist in the stretch. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting in trauma.

All Levels Yoga is a class that uses the breath to create movement from pose to pose. Some classes poses will be held for several breaths and others will be a bit faster pace, but all classes will be accessible to new students and challenging for those with more experience.

This class covers a variety of exercises designed to improve balance, muscular strength, increase flexibility, improve your joint stability, and increase your range of motion. This class will be split with 20 mins. of balance work, 20 mins. or Core Exercises, and 20 mins. of stretching.

Spar is a martial arts inspired group fitness format that is both heart pumping and high energy but NOT high impact. Participants will be introduced to proper technique while focusing on body awareness. This allows for a seamless flow into Barre. A full-body workout that combines ballet, yoga, ad Pilates movements. This low-impact exercise uses body weight and light resistance to target specific muscle groups. Space is limited per-register on The Center’s App

Spend only 30-minutes making the most of every second through strength training, aerobic conditioning, HIIT training and more.

A class that has you doing CARDIO that will be instructors choice including step, kickboxing, or anything else the instructor is in the mood for. This class will will incorporate CORE strength and gets the heart rate going along with building a solid foundations while you work on the core muscles in your hips, abdomen, and lower back to help maintain Balance and Stability by doing exercises using your own body weight, small hand weights, and whatever other fun toys the instructor would like to use.

Designed to help you burn fat, enhance heart health, and build muscle endurance. While giving your legs an intense workout, you’ll also strengthen your upper body using light weights. Get ready to push your limits and sweat it out! Space is limited must per-register on The Center’s app.

Join Ksenia for a fitness class adventure of strength and cardio. Full of various movements with high intensity to challenge your entire body. Each class will vary and incorporate a variety of exercises to keep your body strong and healthy. All ages welcome!

As the name implies, an hour of focus on those areas that are so visually important to us, the abdominal muscles, the gluteal muscles, and the hips using dumbbells, and/or anything else that the instructor chooses to use from our little “toy box.”

Cycle is one of the best ways to create a high-level interval workout, without any hard impact on the body. Your instructor will be taking you up “hills” using resistance, showing safe, effective ways to maximize your movements and workout. (Must be 3 people signed up to have class)

Join Us for FIIT HIIT Interval Class!
A full-body workout for all levels, combining strength, explosive movements, and cardio intervals with short recovery. Burn fat, build muscle, and improve endurance in a supportive group setting.
What to Expect:
- Functional Warm-Ups & Finishers – Mobility drills, isometric holds, and activation exercises to prep your body.
- Foundational Strength – Key movements like bench presses, push-ups, rows, pull-ups, squats, and deadlifts, plus dynamic complexes for full-body engagement.
- Dynamic Power – Kettlebell swings, cleans, thrusters, and plyometrics to build explosive strength.
- Core & Cardio – Sprints, jump rope, carries, and rotational exercises to strengthen your core and boost stamina.
Every movement is scalable for all fitness levels. Expect variety, intensity, and results.

If traditional yoga doesn’t fire up your muscles, try lifting weights while striking a pose. That’s exactly what’s involved in Iron Yoga, a hybrid of yoga and strength training.

Partnership with: Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson’s
Tuesdays: 1:00-2:00pm
Cost: Members/ Non – Member: FREE
Pedaling for Parkinson’s is an indoor stationary cycling class developed specifically for people with Parkinson’s Disease and other neuro challenges. Participants ride for 1 hour, with a warm up and a cool down.
Taught by a APDA certified Personal Trainer Stephanie Belill

What to bring to class: Water bottle, bike pants or shorts (not mandatory), tennis shoes, towel.
Parkinson’s patients with the following medical conditions are NOT eligible for this program:
- Cardiac or pulmonary disease
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Uncontrolled hypertension or stroke
- Dementia
- Other medical conditions that make exercise dangerous.
The strongest abs and back, long lean muscles, excellent grace of movement, and control and concentration, this class will build core strength and flexibility. The technique is one of the most effective and challenging forms of exercise. Consistent training in the Pilates method will make you better at everything you do.

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing practice to ease tension, reduce stress, and restore balance using supported postures and mindful breathing.

The benefits of this ancient Chinese art include improvement in mental clarity, balance, footwork and stepping. Tai Chi is a gentle healing practice, an excellent way to open up the joints and stretch the tendons. Suitable for all ages and levels.

In this Vinyasa yoga class, you’ll flow dynamically through poses, syncing movement with breath. Starting with a warm-up, you’ll progress to stronger, more flexible, and balanced postures.
