Dear Members, Community Supporters, and Center Friends,
As we look back at 2020, we have many reasons to celebrate. Despite a global pandemic and a year of political and social division, The Center has made tremendous strides in meeting our community’s needs. In addition, we were named the AMI Chamber of Commerce Non-Profit of the year. All of our work is accentuated by our mission “to enhance the overall wellbeing of individuals of all ages while preserving a sense of community through creative programs and partnerships.” Our programming has positively influenced thousands of children, youth, adults, and seniors within our tiny community. Our mission is critical to those we serve, and we know it would be impossible to meet the needs of this community without the steadfast support of our donors and volunteers. Reviewing our successes from 2020 makes me proud of the work we do as a team. I would like to personally express my gratitude to our members, supporters, board, and staff. I am humbled by your commitment, patience, and perseverance during this unfamiliar or even unsettling last few months with so many unknowns. You are the reason for our continued success, and I am honored to continue to serve you and this community that we all love. The Center of Anna Maria is in its 60th year of service to our community. Just as we had to adapt to the many adversities these last few months, The Center will continue to adapt to our community’s ever-changing needs to be ready to serve the next 160 years. We are proud to present to you a snapshot below of 2020 at The Center. Thank you for being part of what makes The Center and AMI the incredible community that it is. ~Much Love Christopher Culhane Executive Director
