Gayle is a 500 E-RYT Yoga Teacher (sounds fancy but basically means I’ve completed 500 hours of concentrated training in yoga, anatomy and breath work) and I have been teaching for over 10 years. My passion in teaching yoga is to encourage people to make the connection between breath and movement while building strength and flexibility. I like to focus on body alignment and work with rather than against any injuries a student may come to class with. I also think yoga should be fun so I like to add some laughter and ease while we flow. On a personal note, I live in Anna Maria with my husband, Don and our two Goldens – Tonka and Dozer – for 8 months of the year and we spend our summers in Medina, Ohio (just south of Cleveland) where both of our families live. Besides yoga, I love to walk my dogs, strength train, paddle board, play pickleball and enjoy a good laugh with friends.
