With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Brenda Canning is a certified Personal Trainer known for her compassionate approach and results-driven programming. She specializes in balance, flexibility, strength training, and pre- and post-rehabilitation for knee and shoulder recovery. Her methods are grounded in real-life application—making fitness both effective and sustainable, even for those with busy schedules.
A lifelong athlete herself, Brenda brings discipline, energy, and excellence to every session. She has a particular passion for Active Isolated Stretching and Total Body Conditioning, helping clients improve mobility, prevent injury, and move with confidence.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Stephanie Belill is a certified Personal Trainer dedicated to helping individuals reach their personal fitness goals. Her training approach emphasizes improving strength, flexibility, and balance, whether clients are preparing for or recovering from joint replacement surgery, or simply seeking to enhance their overall wellness.
Over the past decade, Stephanie has developed a specialty in working with individuals affected by Parkinson’s Disease and other neuromuscular conditions. She is certified through the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) and is actively involved with the Neuro Challenge Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those with Parkinson’s.
