ACTIVE ISOLATED STRETCHING

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a technique that helps people maximize the effectiveness of stretching without causing the sort of discomfort that keeps a lot of us away from it, by performing a stretch for no longer than 2-3 seconds using a rope to help assist in the stretch. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting in trauma.

ALL LEVELS YOGA

All Levels Yoga offers a balanced practice designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. This class combines breathwork, mindful movement, and accessible postures with optional variations to challenge or soften the practice as needed. You’ll leave feeling grounded, flexible, and refreshed in both body and mind.

BALANCE, CORE, AND STRETCH

This class covers a variety of exercises designed to improve balance, muscular strength, increase flexibility, improve your joint stability, and increase your range of motion. This class will be split with 20 mins. of balance work, 20 mins. or Core Exercises, and 20 mins. of stretching.

BARRE

Barre is a musically driven, low-impact yet high-intensity workout that blends Pilates, yoga, strength training, and elements of dance to sculpt and strengthen bodies at all fitness levels. Build endurance, tone muscles, and increase mobility and flexibility through high-rep, isometric movements — all to a fun, energizing beat.

BODY BLAST

Spend only 30-minutes making the most of every second through strength training, aerobic conditioning, HIIT training and more.

CARDIO, CORE, & MORE

A class that has you doing CARDIO that will be instructors choice including step, kickboxing, or anything else the instructor is in the mood for. This class will will incorporate CORE strength and gets the heart rate going along with building a solid foundations while you work on the core muscles in your hips, abdomen, and lower back to help maintain Balance and Stability by doing exercises using your own body weight, small hand weights, and whatever other fun toys the instructor would like to use.

CARDIO POWER

High Intensity Interval Training alternates between intense burst of cardio or strength training and fixed periods of less intense exercises or a resting periods. Elevate your endurance in this high-intensity, full-body cardio workout! Cardio POWER combines athletic drills, explosive movements, and strength-based intervals to push your limits. Designed for all fitness levels, this class blends heart-pumping cardio with powerful bodyweight and resistance training for a total-body burn. Get ready to level up your POWER.

CYCLE SCULPT

Designed to help you burn fat, enhance heart health, and build muscle endurance. While giving your legs an intense workout, you’ll also strengthen your upper body using light weights. Get ready to push your limits and sweat it out! Space is limited must per-register on The Center’s app.

GROUP INDOOR CYCLE

Cycle is one of the best ways to create a high-level interval workout, without any hard impact on the body. Your instructor will be taking you up “hills” using resistance, showing safe, effective ways to maximize your movements and workout. (Must be 3 people signed up to have class)

HIIT

Join Us for FIIT HIIT Interval Class!

A full-body workout for all levels, combining strength, explosive movements, and cardio intervals with short recovery. Burn fat, build muscle, and improve endurance in a supportive group setting.

What to Expect:

  • Functional Warm-Ups & Finishers – Mobility drills, isometric holds, and activation exercises to prep your body.
  • Foundational Strength – Key movements like bench presses, push-ups, rows, pull-ups, squats, and deadlifts, plus dynamic complexes for full-body engagement.
  • Dynamic Power – Kettlebell swings, cleans, thrusters, and plyometrics to build explosive strength.
  • Core & Cardio – Sprints, jump rope, carries, and rotational exercises to strengthen your core and boost stamina.

Every movement is scalable for all fitness levels. Expect variety, intensity, and results.

IRON YOGA

If traditional yoga doesn’t fire up your muscles, try lifting weights while striking a pose. That’s exactly what’s involved in Iron Yoga, a hybrid of yoga and strength training.

PEDALING FOR PARKINSON'S

Partnership with:  Neuro Challenge Foundation for Parkinson’s          

Tuesdays: 1:00-2:00pm

Cost:  Members/ Non – Member:         FREE

Pedaling for Parkinson’s is an indoor stationary cycling class developed specifically for people with Parkinson’s Disease and other neuro challenges. Participants ride for 1 hour, with a warm up and a cool down.

Taught by a APDA certified Personal Trainer Stephanie Belill

Space is limited based on number of bikes, must pre-register. Pre-register by calling (941)778-1908

 

What to bring to class:  Water bottle, bike pants or shorts (not mandatory), tennis shoes, towel.

 

Parkinson’s patients with the following medical conditions are NOT eligible for this program:

  • Cardiac or pulmonary disease
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Uncontrolled hypertension or stroke
  • Dementia
  • Other medical conditions that make exercise dangerous.

 

PILATES/YOGA MIX

The strongest abs and back, long lean muscles, excellent grace of movement, and control and concentration, this class will build core strength and flexibility. The technique is one of the most effective and challenging forms of exercise. Consistent training in the Pilates method will make you better at everything you do.

REBOOT

Reboot is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to revitalize your mind and body.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing practice to ease tension, reduce stress, and restore balance using supported postures and mindful breathing.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Relaxing Poses – Use props for deep release and full-body support.
  • Mindfulness & Breathwork – Enhance mental clarity and well-being.
  • Healing & Self-Care – Create space for restoration and peace.
  • Take-Home Tools – Simple techniques for ongoing relaxation.

  1. Introduction – Benefits, purpose, and mindfulness overview.
  2. Guided Practice – Supported poses, slow breathing, and deep release.
  3. Closing Meditation – Savasana, grounding, and reflection.

SLOW FLOW YOGA

Slower-paced Vinyasa style practice that emphasizes breath to movement, mindfulness, and longer holds in postures to build awareness, flexibility, and strength. Accessible to those new to yoga or any level that is looking to reduce stress by moving at a meditative, deliberate pace, though can be physically challenging at times.

STRENGTH INTERVALS

Get ready for a powerful blend of strength and cardio This Strength & Interval Class combines foundational techniques to deliver total-body strength, stability and balance. Your instructor will then implement short, dynamic cardio exercises—the perfect burst to significantly elevate your heart rate, maximize your calorie burn, and ensure you leave feeling energized and recharged for the day.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

A class that focuses on fat burning cardio coupled with muscle sculpting work for the abs, arms and legs. A great workout that works the entire body. Are you ready for the challenge?

VINYASA YOGA

In this Vinyasa yoga class, you’ll flow dynamically through poses, syncing movement with breath. Starting with a warm-up, you’ll progress to stronger, more flexible, and balanced postures. Guided transitions promote mindfulness, while the energetic pace builds coordination. You’ll leave feeling both challenged and refreshed.
