Connor was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and moved to Bradenton when he was four years old. He became a member of the YMCA where he played youth sports. As he grew through the program he began coaching, as well. Connor, attended Sea Breeze and Palma Sola Elementary, thereafter, he attended King Middle School, and then Manatee High School. While attending MHS, Connor played football and basketball. He then went on to attend the University of North Florida where he majored in Exercise Science. During his time at UNF, Connor, continued his love for athletics and joined the UNF Dead Birds rugby team. Since he grew up at the YMCA, Connor, had grown a deep appreciation for non-profit organizations and the sense of community that comes with them. Connor worked for the YMCA for eight years and grew to be the Program Director overseeing all of sports and camp. He is very excited to begin his career here at the Island, and experience our great community!
