Strengthen and Lengthen provides a challenging workout for participants at all fitness levels. A few of the many focus points are: muscle tone, muscle strength and muscular endurance; flexibility and balance; proper body alignment, range of motion and posture; and, movement coordination. Recommended equipment: small hand weights (1-5 lbs.) and a yoga mat.
