Cycle is one of the best ways to create a high-level interval workout, without any hard impact on the body. Your instructor will be taking you up “hills” using resistance, showing safe, effective ways to maximize your movements and workout. (Must be 3 people signed up to have class) *SPACE IS LIMITED.
